The Address
Everything that arrives gets read. Most replies leave within two working days. Anything sent across a weekend or a public holiday is picked up the next working morning.
There is no telephone line and no live chat, which is a deliberate choice. A small team answering email properly beats a queue and a script.
What To Include
- A question about the product: just ask. No order number and no form.
- Anything about an order or a refund: your order number and the email address used. We will point you where it needs to go — the sequence is on the refund guarantee page.
- A correction: the page address and what is wrong on it. These jump the queue ahead of everything else.
- Delivery: order number and destination country. General windows are on the shipping page.
What Is Outside Our Reach
This is an independent publisher rather than the seller. Placing an order, cancelling one, changing an address, issuing a refund and looking up tracking all sit with the official seller, whose details appear on your confirmation email.
Medical advice is also outside it, and we will not attempt any. If the question is whether Alkatide suits you given a condition you have or a medicine you take, a doctor or pharmacist is the right person, and carrying the bottle to that appointment shortens the conversation considerably.
Press, Corrections And Complaints
Same address for all three. Found something factually wrong? Send the page and the error and it gets corrected once verified. Pages get corrected here rather than quietly removed.
